Why is MapMyPilates Good For You?

Our classes are suited for all levels, ages, shapes and sizes! We aim to provide a personal touch to everyone, even students in a group setting.

Which is why we keep our instructor student ratio to a maximum of 1:10.

We are as dedicated to your growth as you are! Understanding the goals, needs and pace of each body, yet also finding the balance of knowing how far to push. Keeping in line with the theme of the session, exercises are tailored to the students requirement, modifications are provided so that everyone in the class feels engaged, irrespective of their own difficulty level.
