How can I do Pilates?

Pilates can be performed on a mat or on specialised Pilates equipment. So, you can practice it, anytime- anywhere!

How did Pilates start?

Pilates was started by a man named Joseph Pilates. It was originally started for men at war and later it was transformed for ballet and contemporary dancers. Pilates helps you get the strength and agility of a warrior and also a lean, long, flexible body of a ballet dancer!

How often can I do Pilates?

Pilates is a form of fitness and exercise which is safe enough to practice every day. Practicing every day establishes a rhythm helping you and your body get used to the exercises. Once you achieve a level of consistency, you can practice it every other day. In fact Joseph Pilates recommended it thrice a week.
